Pasadena Farmhouse Addition and Remodel

This project began with the family's purchase of a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath home that had a lot of potential.  Though we only added 360 square feet, through smart remodeling of the existing layout, the home was transformed to a 4 bed, 3 bath home with a large indoor-outdoor great room and kitchen.  Additionally, the design incorporated new office and mudroom spaces, to help keep clutter in the main living spaces to a minimum.  The design transformation focused first and foremost upon the tight-knit family's free-flowing lifestyle, and making sure the architecture would enrich their lives together.
